Delivery info

Nathalie Chaize will do its utmost to ensure delivery of orders within 10 working days from receipt of order, by postal package. Orders registered on the Website after 1pm on
Friday afternoon, on Saturday or Sunday shall be processed the following Monday. Orders registered on the Website on a public holiday shall be processed on the following working day. These delivery times are communicated for information purposes. Exceeding may not give rise to any damages, retention or cancellation of the Internet user’s order.

However, if the ordered Products have not been delivered within 7 days of the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure, transport and/or postal service strike, the sale may be terminated on written request from the Internet user or Nathalie Chaize. Any sums paid by the Internet user will then be refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 30 days, to the exclusion of all compensation or retention.
